  Benjamin and Caroline Blakesley Hutton lived on the east side of the Limaville-Atwater Road (Ohio Route 183) just north of the Pennsylvania (Conrail) railroad crossing. While at one time they may have owned all of lot 54 (consisting of @ 100 acres,) by 1874 this property had been subdivided into 54 acres occupied by the Huttons, 10 acres with a house owned by Stephen and Evaline Hutton Logue, and 30 acres owned by another individual.
